What if I need to exit my contract early?
We understand business needs change. Our contracts include a 90-day early termination clause and exit fee to cover pack out and service clean up. You'll simply pay standard rates for the final 90 days—no penalties or fees.
What rates are locked in?
All carrier rate markups (USPS, UPS, FedEx), fulfillment fees, kitting fees, and storage rates are locked. The only variable costs are annual carrier pricing increases (which are not set or changed by us).
Can I upgrade my contract?
Yes! You can upgrade to a longer term at any time. Your new locked rates will be based on current pricing at the time of upgrade.
What's the minimum volume required?
Rate lock contracts are available for businesses shipping 100+ orders per month. For smaller volumes, we still offer competitive month-to-month pricing.
