With over 10 years of e-commerce experience, $26 million in sales, and more than 1 million items sold online, our founder built a thriving Amazon FBA business from the ground up. Along the way, he discovered something unexpected: non-profit partners focused on inclusive employment weren't just doing good—they were delivering exceptional quality and cost savings.
That discovery changed everything. Black River Logistics was built on the belief that inclusive employment and world-class logistics go hand in hand. Our fulfillment model was designed from day one to create opportunities for people with disabilities, featuring adaptive workstations, flexible scheduling, and specialized training programs.
Today, over 75% of our workforce includes individuals with disabilities, and we partner with 12 non-profit organizations to expand opportunities across our communities. The result? A workforce that consistently outperforms industry standards in accuracy, reliability, and dedication.
